Shipping Policy
Upon receipt, all in stock orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. You will be contacted with carrier name and tracking number upon shipping. Pure Palette will use standard shipping service to ship your order at no freight charge to you. Other expedited shipping services are available upon request with additional freight charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Within 30 days upon receipt of your order, if for any reason, an item does not meet your expectations, first you must contact Pure Palette office at (916) 638-8972 and request an authorization code. We will not process any unsolicited returns. Authorized returns must be made promptly, within 14 days of receiving your authorization code in the condition they were received, i.e. items must be returned unused, in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt and your authorization code. We will not refund any used items and will not ship them back. Sale items as well as shipping fees are non-refundable.
After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect only. Returns received after 30 days that are in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days outside of their original packaging will not be refunded. We recommend using a traceable carrier as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
